We are hiring an Export Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day export operations and ensure smooth international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end export process, from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and clearing agents for timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and trade requirements of different countries.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Assist in handling Letters of Credit, bank documentation, and export financing paperwork.
- Support the export team in market research and maintaining client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, export files, and documentation.
- Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in export documentation and logistics coordination (preferably in manufacturing/export industry).
- Strong understanding of customs procedures, trade compliance, and shipping operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ERP/export documentation systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in furniture/home appliances exports will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export incentives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
