Export & Import Manager

1. Responsible for supervising the entire Export and import activities in the daily business operation.

2. Keep tracking the normal rebate, DLTL, and incremental DLTL from PSW, WeBOC and bank until these are credited to the company bank account.

3. Looking for methods to improve efficiency and cost reduction in the export & import processes.

4. Ensure the production teams are producing the output as per given dates to meet the delivery dates of our esteemed customers.

5. Daily conversation with foreign customer agents regarding their shipment queries to ensure their orders are delivered on a timely basis.

6. Monitoring of the imports and export shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.

7. Consultation with the forwarding agents regarding GDs, Verification of analysis certificates, Re-export through EFS, duties and taxes.

8. Monitoring the shipments to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

9. Keep following up on import LC and other relevant bank documents including amendment and cancelation of LC, Import Limits, etc.

10. Liaison with the Finance and Accounts team regarding payment of customs, duties and other charges to get the goods cleared without any delay.

11. Get in touch with the foreign supplier about shipment status and get ready for goods clearance before the shipment arrives at the port of clearance.

12. Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer responses for all orders and payments, resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.

13. Should have experience in making LC instruction forms, checking LC drafts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
