Export Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Export Manager to oversee and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage export documentation, compliance, logistics, and customer relationships across global markets. This role requires strong organizational skills, market knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to meet sales targets
• Manage international client relationships and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and inventory levels
• Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities
• Prepare export reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Resolve issues related to payments, documentation, or delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in export operations or international sales
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple markets
