Facilities Manager

Urgently Hiring: Experienced Facility Manager – Dubai

A reputed Dubai-based company is looking for an Experienced Facility Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified MEP Engineer
• 5–10 years of proven experience in Facility Management and fit-out works (at least 5 years in UAE)
• Ability to manage all facility management related works, fit-out, maintenance, and general construction-related works
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and management skills
• Good communication, client-handling abilities and able to work in timeline pressure
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
• Willing to travel across the UAE as required for projects and site visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage full facility management related works, fit-out works, renovation, and maintenance projects across various disciplines
• Supervise MEP, civil, and general maintenance teams and contractors
• Hire, train and manage staff for project execution as needed
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with all UAE laws and regulations applicable to facility management companies, including safety and quality standards
• Control budgets, timelines, and vendor performance
• Handle client coordination and reporting to management
• Procure materials, hire and manage subcontractors and contractors, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and budgets/estimations for clients and projects with in shortest possible time
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management
