Facilities Supervisor

As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery across multiple project sites. Your role will require strong leadership, technical knowledge, and mobility to manage teams and ensure operational efficiency at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all facilities management activities across multiple sites, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, ensuring optimal deployment, productivity, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor performance, identify issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, maintenance, incidents, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all locations.
• Liaise with clients to address service concerns, gather feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables required for ongoing operations.
• Support the planning and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance) to ensure smooth site operations.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent issues promptly, including outside of regular working hours when required.
• Travel frequently between project sites as required by operational demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and HSE practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
