Facilities Supervisor

We are a property management company seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our managed properties. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating vendors, managing work orders, and ensuring efficient building services while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facilities and maintenance operations across multiple properties
• Monitor work orders, preventive maintenance, and repair activities
• Conduct inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services and repairs
• Prepare maintenance, performance, and compliance reports
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in facilities management or a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of building systems and FM operations
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office; CAFM system knowledge is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
