Facility Coordinator

• Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems
• Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads
• Print manifests, labels, and shipping papers (including TPOs for rejected materials)
• Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck documentation
• Input lab and tracking data into WIN
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and supply management
• Ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Windows-based applications
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Qualifications

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Primarily sedentary (sitting 7 hours/day), occasional walking and reaching
• Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.; rarely up to 50 lbs.
• Constant computer use
• Visual and color acuity required for document handling and safety compliance
• Hearing capability for phone and virtual communication

Work Environment

This position operates in a facility environment involving exposure to regulated waste materials. Adherence to OSHA standards and Clean Harbors safety protocols is essential.
