About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Facility & Maintenance Manager with a strong background in sports facility operations to oversee all aspects of maintenance and facility management. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all sports and club facilities, leading maintenance teams, managing resources, and implementing best practices to maintain world-class standards in a dynamic sporting environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and operational standards for all facilities.

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of sports venues, offices, and related infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and building codes.

Lead and supervise facility staff, contractors, and vendors while optimizing resource allocation.

Plan, manage, and monitor maintenance projects, renovations, and capital improvement activities.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate facility efficiency and performance.

Coordinate with internal departments to address their facility and maintenance needs.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability, energy efficiency, and safety performance.

Collaborate closely with the Operations Director to align facility management strategies with overall organizational goals.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in facility and maintenance management.

Proven experience managing sports or recreation facilities is highly desirable.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.

Proficient in maintenance planning, safety management, and operational reporting.

Solid understanding of facility management principles, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Professional certification such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) is an advantage.
