Factory Controller

Position: Factory Controller
Location: Mauripur Factory, Karachi

HRSG, on behalf of one of its leading clients in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Factory Controller to join their Supply Finance function. The role will directly report to the Supply Financial Controller and play a critical part in supporting the financial reporting and cost optimization for all manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate capital investment plans and ensure robust financial controls.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with the commercial and supply teams.
• Provide transparency of costs and financial impact of strategic supply chain decisions.
• Coordinate with local and regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Benchmark against best practices and highlight cost variances to assist management in decision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, factory operation statements, transfer pricing, and financial models.
• Manage financial evaluations for new projects, sourcing, and operational changes.
• Oversee factory fixed costs, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with global financial control frameworks and support external audits.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: MBA (Finance) or Professional Certification (CA/ACCA/CFA).
• Experience: 2–4 years in FP&A, management accounting, or financial reporting roles.
• Strong financial modeling, business partnering, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of costing, manufacturing finance, and ERP systems (JDE/Fusion/Anaplan).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
