Farming Manager / Consultant

Education:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.

Experience:- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in fruit and vegetable farming, preferably in a commercial or large-scale setup.

Job Description:-

• Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day farming operations for fruits and vegetables.
• Develop and implement crop production schedules and ensure adherence to best agricultural practices.
• Manage soil health, irrigation, and pest control programs.
• Supervise farm staff and ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
• Monitor crop growth and take corrective actions in case of disease, pest attack, or weather challenges.
• Maintain records of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm inputs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for sourcing high-quality seeds and agricultural materials.
• Implement sustainable farming practices, including organic or eco-friendly cultivation methods where applicable.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and yield forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
