Job Description:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing F&B and retail products from approved suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to support cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents.
• Liaise with F&B, Retail, and Finance departments to fulfill procurement needs.
• Track supplier performance and report any delays or quality issues.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and assist in budget tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
