F&B Sales and Evets Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an F&B Sales and Events Executive. The role involves developing and managing food and beverage sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include coordinating and organizing events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The Executive will also collaborate with the F&B team, maintain excellent customer relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and promote the hotel’s offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge to manage operations effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Basic Culinary Skills to understand menu offerings and event-specific requirements
  • Ability to manage event planning and coordination with precision and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales or events in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
