We are looking for a Female Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our international client base. You will be responsible for selling IT staffing solutions to companies overseas, connecting them with top tech talent from Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with potential clients (CTOs, HR Managers) in need of IT professionals.
- Present our staffing services and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs).
- Work with our recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development within the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT roles (developers, engineers) to discuss requirements with clients.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn for lead generation.
