Position: Business Development Executive

Type: Part-Time (5 hours/day, Monday to Friday)

Location: On-site – Karachi Office

Salary: PKR 50,000 per month (Basic Salary)

About the Role:

Guava Pro Solutions is seeking a confident and motivated female Business Development Executive to help expand our call center operations. The ideal candidate will reach out to companies and organizations to secure call center campaigns for our team.

The campaigns may include:

Customer Support Services

Sales / Telemarketing Campaigns

Order Placement & Processing

Lead Generation or Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with businesses offering potential call center projects.

Pitch, negotiate, and finalize agreements for inbound or outbound campaigns.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

Track leads, follow up consistently, and report progress to management.

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new campaigns smoothly.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency preferred).

Confident and professional personality.

Prior experience in Business Development / BPO / Call Center Sales is a plus.

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:

5 hours per day (Monday to Friday)

On-site (Karachi Office)
