Female CSR – Shopify Store

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Female Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries, manage orders, and ensure a smooth shopping experience on our Shopify store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers via chat, email, and social media
• Manage orders, returns, and refunds on Shopify
• Resolve customer issues professionally
• Coordinate with delivery/logistics team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Basic Shopify or eCommerce knowledge
• Computer skills and typing speed
• Customer handling experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
