Job Description:
IT EXPERTS is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies to ensure a motivated, productive, and satisfied workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Design and implement policies for employee engagement, benefits, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.
• Work closely with management to support business objectives and growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role (preferably in IT/Software industry).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
