Female Real Estate Assistants - Freshers

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to support the daily operations of our real estate team. .

• Prepare and process contracts, forms, and other real estate documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
• Manage the transaction process from contract to closing.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Handling the maintenance complaints and coordinating the Maintenance Team
• Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain transaction files and records for auditing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in real estate administration or coordination is a plus
• Knowledge of real estate transaction processes, documents, and legal requirements
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and MLS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with RERA regulations (UAE-specific) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of real estate CRM platforms will be an added advantage

Salary - AED 3000 to AED3200

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
