Female Receptionist

We are seeking a multi-talented and proactive female professional to join our growing IT company. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Telesales Agent and a Receptionist, with a focus on administrative and digital marketing support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone, and will play a key role in driving business growth.

This is a full-time position located at our office in Sector B-17, Islamabad. Candidates residing in or near B-17 will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telesales: Contacting potential clients to introduce our IT services (including software development, network solutions, and cybersecurity). You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales.
• Digital Marketing Support: Managing our social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase our online presence and attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and a passion for technology.
