Female Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. She will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and supporting overall sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven 1 to 2 years experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Team player with a proactive and sales-driven attitude.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
