Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and offers
• Generate leads and follow up with clients to convert into appointments or sales
• Maintain and update CRM/database with client information
• Explain real estate investment opportunities clearly and confidently
• Coordinate with the field sales team to arrange meetings with clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients
• Handle customer queries courteously and promptly

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Prior experience in telesales or real estate will be a plus
• Fluent in Urdu (English communication is a bonus)
