Salary: PKR 50,000 (Fixed) — higher based on experience

We’re hiring a passionate and dynamic Call Center Training Executive (Female) to train new recruits, mentor existing teams, and elevate overall performance. If you have the ability to lead, teach, and motivate, this role gives you the platform to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive, effective training sessions for new and current agents.
• Build communication, sales, and compliance skills through structured programs.
• Monitor agent performance after training and provide continuous coaching.
• Prepare training materials, activities, and roleplays that boost learning outcomes.
• Work closely with QA and Team Leads to identify performance gaps and address them.
• Deliver sessions with confidence, clarity, and high energy.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Call Center Trainer.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer handling, and compliance.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams effectively.
• Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about training delivery.
