Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Flash Fiber Sales Officer to join our team in Sialkot. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our fiber optic network by acquiring new customers and driving sales from competing telecommunication companies. If you have a solid technical background and 3-5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and seize new business opportunities to expand the fiber optic network.
• Develop targeted sales strategies to win over customers from competing telecommunication providers.
• Perform market analysis to understand competitor offerings and identify customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, showcasing the unique benefits of our fiber solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth installations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and monitoring to FSAs (Field Sales Agents) in the field.
• Track sales performance, manage leads, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Education: DAE in Electronics, Fiber, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on fiber optics.
• Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic technology and telecommunications systems.

Proven track record of generating sales and driving customer acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Ability to travel within the designated area for client meetings.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only, due to the nature of fieldwork.
