Field Marketing Executive – Flowers & Chocolates

We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Executive with strong product knowledge and a passion for sales and relationship building in the flowers and luxury chocolates industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market premium flower arrangements and luxury chocolate products to corporate and retail clients
• Build and maintain a strong database of corporate customers, including hotels, offices, event companies, and procurement teams
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and product introductions to potential corporate clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable floral and chocolate solutions for events, gifting, and office needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Follow up with existing clients to strengthen long-term business relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of flowers, floral arrangements, gifting solutions, and luxury chocolates
• Knowledge of corporate gifting, event décor, and office floral services
• Ability to build and manage corporate customer databases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Prior experience in field marketing or B2B sales (flowers, gifting, or luxury products preferred)

Objective of the Role

To expand our corporate customer base, increase brand visibility, and drive consistent sales through strategic field marketing and strong client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• marketing executive: 1 year (Preferred)
