Key Responsibilities1. Field & Outdoor Marketing

  • Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns across markets, exhibitions, fairs, pop-ups, malls, cafés, and corporate spaces.
  • Identify high-footfall locations for promotions and brand visibility.
  • Explore strategic partnerships for product displays and offline brand promotion.

2. Event Management & On-Ground Activations

  • Set up and manage brand stalls at expos, art fairs, local melas, and community events.
  • Co-ordinate product demonstrations and customer engagement activities.
  • Drive lead collection, interactions, and conversions during events.
  • Ensure smooth event operations from setup to closure.

3. Brand & Market Presence

  • Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, décor stores, boutiques, co-working spaces, and art cafés for collaborations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor movements.
  • Identify new locations and opportunities to improve brand presence.

Who You Are (Skills & Qualities)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant, confident, and proactive personality.
  • Solid understanding of offline marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics (interest in home décor is a plus).
  • Comfortable travelling for field activities, events, and brand activations.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks on-ground.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
