Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in product sales. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective product promotion and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field/product sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
