Job Title: Field Sales Lead (Mobile App Growth)

Compensation: PKR 60,000/month + Fuel Allowance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Lead to spearhead our market expansion in Bahria Town. You will act as the primary brand ambassador for our mobile application, driving user growth through direct, high-impact engagement with local business owners and merchants. This is an ideal role for an experienced professional who thrives on field-based challenges and building long-term business relationships.

Your Key Impact:

  • Market Strategy: Regularly visit assigned shops, stores, and commercial zones to expand our footprint.
  • Merchant Acquisition: Introduce our mobile app, perform live demonstrations, and ensure seamless installation and onboarding for clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, professional connections with business owners to ensure high app retention.
  • Insights: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company by gathering market feedback and competitor intelligence.
  • Target Achievement: Execute daily visit plans to meet and exceed client acquisition targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in Field Sales, Business Development, or Merchant Acquisition.
  • Location: Based in or near Bahria Town, Lahore.
  • Personality: High energy, confident, and professional.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mobile technology and explaining digital tools to non-technical users.
