- As a FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through field-based B2B sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor B2B sales visits to prospective and existing clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Build long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends
- Submit reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B/outdoor sales)
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Must own or rent a car (Field visits are a core part of the role)
- Must be able to join immediately and provide NOC
- Strong communication, negotiation, soft and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
