Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a target-oriented Solar Sales Executive for field sales operations in the Sialkot Division. The role involves B2B and B2C sales, regular client visits, lead generation, and closing solar energy projects.

Mandatory experience in the solar energy sector is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial clients (B2C & B2B).
  • Generate leads, present solar solutions, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Conduct site visits for basic project assessment and client requirement analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and Head Office for pricing, proposals, and project execution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy sector.
  • 2–3 years of proven field sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems, net metering, and solar solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Sialkot Division.
