Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Overview

MEGAPLUS PAKISTAN is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of daily finance and accounting tasks and will report directly to top management through regular financial and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and financial planning.
  • Verification and processing of sales and purchase invoices
  • Ledger reconciliation and maintenance of accurate accounting records
  • Data entry, posting, and financial analysis in accounting systems
  • Correspondence and coordination with customers regarding accounts
  • Liaison with audit teams
  • Assisting Finance Managers and Senior Management in financial reporting and analysis
  • Preparation of daily financial reports for top management
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
  • Relevant qualification such as B.Com, M.Com, ACCA (part qualified), CA (Inter), or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures
  • Ability to handle end-to-end accounting tasks independently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
