Job Overview
MEGAPLUS PAKISTAN is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of daily finance and accounting tasks and will report directly to top management through regular financial and operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and financial planning.
- Verification and processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Ledger reconciliation and maintenance of accurate accounting records
- Data entry, posting, and financial analysis in accounting systems
- Correspondence and coordination with customers regarding accounts
- Liaison with audit teams
- Assisting Finance Managers and Senior Management in financial reporting and analysis
- Preparation of daily financial reports for top management
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
- Relevant qualification such as B.Com, M.Com, ACCA (part qualified), CA (Inter), or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures
- Ability to handle end-to-end accounting tasks independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
