Finance & Accounts Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• ACCA / CA (Part Qualified) / CMA qualified or partly qualified.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Prior experience in managing complete accounting cycles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to support business decisions.
• Handle tax matters including sales tax, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit matters.
• Develop and implement financial controls to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to senior leadership.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely task completion.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per hour
