Finance Business Partner Manager

Overview:
PGCS is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the end‑to‑end finance function for the Arlington, Texas concentrate manufacturing plant, a critical sites in the global concentrate network along with the North America Distribution Centres supporting the broader North America market.
Responsibilities:
This role will play a pivotal part in driving the organisation’s growth agenda, partnering closely with cross‑functional PGCS teams to deliver strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Finance Leadership & Business Partnering
  • Finance lead for the Arlington plant, partnering closely with the Plant Director and acting as a core member of the plant leadership team.
  • Provide financial leadership for the North America DC's, supporting the Supply Chain Senior Director.
  • Deliver strategic insights, financial guidance, and proactive challenge to support operational and long-term decision making.
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Oversee all operating cost governance for the Arlington plant and DC's.
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, including thorough variance analysis and commentary.
  • Lead the preparation of robust monthly forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
Planning & Strategy
  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for all sites, consolidating strategy, assumptions, and performance expectations.
  • Present financial strategies and site performance to PGCS central leadership.
  • Act as finance lead for strategic growth workstreams impacting Arlington, partnering with key Sector stakeholders.
Controls, Governance & Stewardship
  • Own and lead the control environment for the sites, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies and safeguarding company assets (fixed assets and inventory).
  • Define and execute the controls agenda, driving continuous improvement and strong audit outcomes.
Process Improvement & Systems
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practice financial tools that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of reporting and transactional processes.
  • Support or lead enterprise-wide or site wide initiatives such as operational efficiency programs or system implementations.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop a high performing finance team, fostering capability growth, strong collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive functional initiatives that elevate the overall effectiveness of the PGCS finance organisation.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
  • Professionally qualified accountant with 10+ years PQE in a multinational manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership experience, with track record of managing and developing teams
  • Track record in leading financial reporting teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align financial management with broader business objectives
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (SAP, Microsoft suite, PowerBi).
  • Strong track record in balancing competing priorities
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
