Finance Manager

About the Company:

We are a dynamic organization operating in the Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries, with companies in both Pakistan and the UAE. All accounting functions are centrally managed from Karachi. We handle high-value transactions and maintain a low-volume, high-accuracy approach to finance.

Systems Used: QuickBooks, Xero

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and review day-to-day accounting entries.

Enhance chart of accounts, documentation, and audit trails.

Ensure tax efficiency, coordinating between Pakistan and UAE operations.

Strengthen internal controls and approval workflows.

Prepare management-level financial reports, beyond statutory reporting.

Act as primary liaison with banks regarding limits, facilities, compliance, and documentation.

Support audits, due diligence, and financial reviews.

Improve treasury visibility and cash flow planning.
