The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations across multiple sectors, including construction, real estate development, manufacturing, and education.
The role focuses on ensuring financial stability, effective cost control, and accurate financial reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level.
The Financial Manager will manage budgeting, cash flow, project financials, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including IFRS and local Saudi requirements.
The role also involves monitoring project profitability, ensuring proper revenue recognition in line with contract milestones, and strengthening internal controls across the organization.
Acting as a key partner to senior management, the Financial Manager will provide financial insights, support business growth initiatives, and serve as a deputy to the CFO when required.
Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans across all business sectors

Oversee project-based budgeting and cost control (construction & real estate projects)

Monitor and manage company-wide cash flow and liquidity planning

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS (including contract-based revenue)

Manage progress billing and percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting for projects

Lead financial feasibility studies (ROI, IRR, NPV) for new investments and expansions

Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles across all sectors

Ensure proper cost allocation across business units (construction, education, manufacturing, real estate)

Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance

Ensure full compliance with Saudi financial and regulatory requirements (ZATCA, Zakat, GOSI, WPS)

Coordinate and manage external audits and financial reporting requirements

Supervise payroll, EOS, and employee-related financial obligations

Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and loan structures

Oversee ERP financial modules (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and ensure data accuracy

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management

Support contract financial management, including revenue recognition based on project milestones (IFRS 15)

Monitor project profitability and margin performance across all sectors

Identify and mitigate financial risks and operational inefficiencies

Act as Deputy to the CFO, supporting in decision-making and leadership when required.
Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (master’s preferred)

Professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or equivalent

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in financial management, preferably across multiple sectors

Strong expertise in project accounting, cost control, and contract-based revenue recognition

Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory environment (ZATCA, Zakat, GOSI, WPS)

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with ability to support executive decision-making
