Finance Operations Executive

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Operations Executive to support a global family office managing multi-jurisdictional entities and a diverse investment portfolio across private markets, public markets, structured products, and foreign exchange (FX).

This is a hands-on execution role, not a supervisory or advisory position.

The successful candidate will function as a hybrid of:

  • Finance Operations Specialist
  • Multi-Entity Accountant
  • Investment Operations Coordinator

You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the office, ensuring accuracy, control, and clarity across transactions, entities, and investment structures.

The role requires the ability to understand underlying financial transactions, not just process them — with strong attention to detail, ownership, and financial product awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payments & Cash Management

  • Execute all payments across family office entities, SPVs, operating companies, and personal accounts
  • Maintain structured payment schedules, funding timelines, and liquidity visibility
  • Coordinate with banks on transfers, FX flows, confirmations, and issue resolution

  • Perform bank and custodian reconciliations
  • Manage expense classification, accruals, and journal entries

Fixed Coupon Notes (FCNs), Step-down Notes, Bonus/Booster Notes

  • Track coupon mechanics, barrier events, and redemption triggers
  • Monitor product lifecycle from issuance to maturity or early exit

FX & Derivatives

  • FX spot, forwards, and options
  • Structured FX products (TARF, TARN)
  • Understand cashflows vs notional exposure
  • Track realized vs unrealized outcomes

Ability to interpret term sheets and bank statements, accurately classify transactions, and flag inconsistencies or risks

India Coordination & Compliance Awareness

  • Coordinate with India-based accountants, tax advisors, and service providers
  • Track compliance deadlines, filings, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain organized records for all India-related entities and investments

Note: This is not an advisory role, but requires practical familiarity with India’s regulatory and administrative environment

Accounts Payable & Internal Controls

  • Maintain invoice tracking and payment systems
  • Ensure all payments are properly approved and documented
  • Support implementation and enforcement of internal controls and approval workflows
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records
