Finishing Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all finishing works on-site including tiling, painting, gypsum, joinery, ceilings, and other architectural finishes.
• Ensure all finishing activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, materials, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality checks on finishing works across multiple high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure timely and proper execution of work.
• Report non-conformities and ensure proper rectification is completed.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and site reports.
• Attend site meetings and interface with the project team, contractors, and clients as needed.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finishing supervision, with at least 3 years in high-rise building projects.
• Experience working with a consultancy is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and standards.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with quality control systems and documentation.
