Job Description:
We are looking for a Fit-Out Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects to manage and coordinate site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising fit-out works, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out works at site including gypsum, carpentry, joinery, painting, ceiling, flooring, glass, and partition works.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, MEP team, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings and technical drawings before site execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Identify and resolve technical issues at site during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
• Assist in project planning, site coordination, and progress tracking.

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
