Fit Out Engineer

The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other interior finishes.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and report on progress to project managers and clients.
• Maintain clear documentation of changes, approvals, and site instructions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Driving License is a must

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
