Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and ensure all gym and audio-visual equipment are in excellent working condition.
* Keep maintenance logs updated and implement preventive maintenance plans when needed.
* Manage fitness center retail operations including stock control, inventory, and sales.
* Oversee both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities and programs.
* Develop and conduct personalized exercise programs and private training sessions for guests.
* Provide fitness consultations and health assessments for new or returning guests.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the gym area.
* Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in fitness and leisure services.
* Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
* Monitor guest health and ensure compliance with safety and medical screening procedures.

Ideal Profile

* Internationally recognized certification in Personal Training or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fitness Instructor, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good understanding of fitness assessments, program design, and health safety standards.
* Passionate about wellness, guest engagement, and continuous learning.
