Fitout Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join an interior contracting team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, costing, and estimation processes for commercial, retail, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine material, labor, and time costs.
• Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.
• Coordinate with project managers, design, and procurement teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare budget breakdowns, progress reports, and cash flow projections for management.
• Maintain updated cost databases and pricing records.
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required to assess project scope and variations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery, and MEP interfaces.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
