Job Description

As a Fiverr Manager, you will be responsible for handling our Fiverr profile, communicating with clients, managing orders, and maintaining high service quality. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the digital industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update Fiverr gigs and profiles
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Coordinate with design and development teams for timely delivery
• Handle inquiries and support requests
• Maintain positive ratings and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required)
• Good communication and writing skills (English proficiency preferred)
• Basic understanding of Fiverr or freelance platforms is a plus
