Salary: 3,000 SAR + 300 SAR Allowance

Job Summary:

We are hiring "Flat Warehouse Storekeeper" for our client based in Dammam, KSA to manage bulk material inventory operations, ensure accurate stock control, and maintain proper warehousing standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk materials storage, inventory management, and warehouse operations within manufacturing or logistics environments.

Reporting To: Complex Warehouses Manager

Manage daily inventory movement of bulk materials (grains flat stores, liquid material tanks) and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehousing, bulk material storage, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of bulk material storage and inventory best practices.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing or Logistics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct receiving and dispatching operations as per SOPs, ensuring timely GRN, GDN, and GTN documentation.
• Apply proper warehousing practices including capacity utilization, temperature control, fumigation, and stock shuffling.
• Monitor and control inventory physically, in the system, and through documentation to ensure zero variances.
• Supervise grain inventory and flat store operations in coordination with Production and Logistics teams.
• Ensure product cards are updated and properly placed inside flat stores.
• Capture accurate inventory conditions during receiving, dispatching, and transfers.
• Maintain complete documentation for all material movements.
• Plan and coordinate fleet and transportation requirements with internal departments.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination to avoid delays.
• Monitor and control warehouse waste and losses.
• Oversee inventory safety and control in outside yards.
• Coordinate raw material space availability according to consumption plans.
• Ensure timely PO receipts by coordinating required approvals (QC, Maintenance, etc.).
• Restrict warehouse access to authorized personnel and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate handling equipment requirements with fleet & transportation units.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and company sustainability standards.
• Report and highlight any stock withdrawal abnormalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs223,000.00 per month
