Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, maintenance, compliance, and utilization of company vehicles, while supporting drivers and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations including vehicle assignments, routing, and scheduling.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, registrations, insurance, and service history.
  • Liaise with vendors for vehicle repairs, leasing, and procurement.
  • Track and report on fleet performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Support drivers with route planning, incident reporting, and documentation.
  • Implement and enforce fleet policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control related to fleet operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
