Fleet Manager cum Operations (Logistics)

Location: Sultanate of Oman

Industry: Logistics / Transport / Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control company fleet vehicles (trucks, vans, pickups, trailers)
• Plan daily vehicle deployment, routes, and delivery schedules
• Ensure smooth logistics operations and on-time deliveries
• Supervise drivers, helpers, and operational staff
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, GPS tracking, and vehicle utilization
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns
• Ensure vehicle documents (RC, insurance, permits) are valid
• Maintain fleet records, logbooks, and service history
• Control operational costs and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with Oman traffic laws and company policies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in fleet & logistics operations
• Knowledge of Oman / GCC transport regulations
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Basic computer & reporting skills
• Valid driving license preferred
