Fleet Supervisor - Lahore for Heavy Vahicle (Mazda, Trucks)

Job Summary:

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the company’s fleet of heavy vehicles, including Mazda trucks and other commercial trucks. The role ensures vehicle availability, safety, maintenance, compliance, and accurate record-keeping to support smooth operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of heavy vehicles (Mazda, trucks, and commercial vehicles).
• Ensure vehicles are allocated efficiently for operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle usage, routes, and fuel consumption.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate with workshops, mechanics, and vendors for timely repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in a roadworthy and safe condition at all times.
• Monitor breakdowns and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of Vehicle registration and ownership documents, Insurance, fitness certificates, and permits, Maintenance and service history
• Fuel consumption and mileage logs
• Accident and incident reports
• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle documents and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with local transport laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Ensure drivers follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and vehicle condition.
• Monitor driver behaviour, attendance, and performance.
• Report any violations, accidents, or misconduct.
• Monitor fleet expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operating and maintenance costs.
• Prepare regular fleet reports for management review.

• Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience managing heavy vehicles and commercial fleets.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and mechanical basics.
• Experience handling fleet records and documentation.
• Familiarity with transport laws and safety regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicles.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, fleet records, reporting).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
