Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory requirement)

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of basic engineering principles and their application in logistics
• Understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance fundamentals
• Willingness to work in field operations and interact with drivers and vendors
• Team collaboration and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing company fleet operations under supervision
• Support driver scheduling and performance monitoring activities
• Learn and help implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fleet management
• Assist in route planning and optimization for delivery operations
• Support fuel consumption monitoring and vehicle maintenance tracking
• Help ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
• Assist in preparing reports on fleet performance and operational metrics
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for vehicle repairs and servicing
• Support senior management in day-to-day logistics operations
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for transport efficiency
• Learn ERP logistics modules and fleet management systems
