Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, hygiene, and profitability. The role involves managing staff, developing menus, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage all F&B operations, including restaurants, cafés, bars, catering, and events.
  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Oversee menu planning in collaboration with chefs and culinary staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and report to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance the dining experience and attract new customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends and operations.
  • Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and costs effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
