Founding Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a Founding Marketing Lead to build and own our marketing function from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically and execute fast. You’ll define our brand, drive growth, and set the foundation for a scalable marketing engine.

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Identify growth opportunities across digital, content, performance, and partnerships

Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans..

Build and manage brand identity, tone, and messaging

Oversee content strategy (social media, website, blogs, email, campaigns)

Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Understand customer behavior, funnels, and retention drivers

Work closely with product/sales to improve customer acquisition and lifecycle

Build marketing processes, tools, and workflows

Hire and manage future marketing team or agencies

Required Skills & Experience

1–3+ years of experience in marketing (startup or fast-growth environment preferred)

Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth, and analytics

Experience building marketing strategies from scratch

Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
