Acrosoft.io is a growing digital services company providing website development, website audits, SEO, and digital solutions to clients primarily in the USA. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Freelance Bidder who can generate business through online freelancing platforms.

Job Role

As a freelance bidder, your responsibility will be to identify potential projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer; send customized proposals; communicate with clients; and convert leads into long-term projects. This is an on-site position in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms.

✔ Write customized, high-converting proposals

✔ Communicate with USA & international clients

✔ Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical team.

✔ Negotiate pricing and close deals

✔ Maintain platform profiles and improve rankings.

✔ Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a freelance bidder (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Minimum earning on any platform is $2k.

• Strong written and spoken English

• Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms

• Understanding of web development, SEO, or digital services

• Ability to write persuasive proposals (not copy-paste templates)

• Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US clients

• Knowledge of project estimation

• Understanding of lead generation strategies

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
