Freight Broker (Experience/Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Freight Broker with at least 3 months of experience in freight brokerage or a similar international voice process. The ideal candidate should be based in the Tricity area and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end freight operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for smooth execution
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of experience in freight brokerage or international voice process
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in the Tricity region
• Immediate joiners only

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience with US-based logistics or brokerage firms
• Background in international BPO or voice support roles

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
