Freight Forwarder

Resposibilities:

• Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of shipments and efficiently planning them to achieve the highest possible load factor;
• Monitoring shipments in real time and responding proactively to any safety issues;
• Negotiating rates for purchased transport;
• Proactively communicating and informing customers and partners. You follow up on your shipments and identify irregularities regarding loading, unloading, or delivery.

Knowladge:

• Degree in transport and logistics is an advantage, but passion for the field is far more important to us;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in planning or coordinating transport, for example as a freight forwarder, transport planner, or supply chain coordinator;
• proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new system
• C1 level English
